My screen. The screen on my almost two year old Motorola RAZR V3 is not working. It isn't cracked or anything like that. It's just blank. First it was black then it turned white after a few days. Help?

well ,that means that the ribbon cable that flexs when you open and close the screen is bad,, could be the screen tho..you need to let me know if the phone still works, does the keyboard light come on..
this problem has probably occured due to the phone being knocked. i used to have a motorola l7 slvr and it did exactly the same, i found that if you hit the back of the phone fairly hard the screen would come back on. im not sure if it is the same for the razr but hey its worth a try. ti be honest i think motorola are terrible mobile phone manufacturers but great 2way radio manufacturers
Try master reset under "settings". Sometimes if there is any trama to the phone the flex cable connection to the camera does pop out. If the phone is under a year old and there is no physical damage send it back to motorola thru your phone service. If not crack it open and check the connection. Manuals can be fould online. Its very tight inside this phone so if you think it is very important to get the camera working give it a try.
