Cant access Menu where the icons are on my KA08 mini iclone. Nothing happens when i push the button to try to go to where the icons are. I can recieve calls, but can make them since i cant get to dial icon.

If you push enter button before it’s finished scrolling nothing will happen. Wait until it’s finished scrolling then hit enter. Your working it too quickly.

you just need to configure the settings manually.

with your computer power turned off, use a straight mini-kabob pin (or sturdy paper clip) to manually let out the DVD drive tray. There is a little hole under the drive tray door that accepts this kind of tool device. Another option is to massage the door while trying to eject the DVD drive tray. This method requires your computer to be turned on and by selecting the proper drive (E:) from the My Computer in Start Menu, you then "Eject" and can push in on the door and on the corners, enabling the DVD drive tray to open.

Finally figured this out! I posted this solution on my site-- it is a little bit of a roundabout way to resent the phone to factory specs.

If your menu button is not working then you cant to do anything. I adviced to you pls check it from service center.

this simple...touch blutooth icon..see screen say num 1 power and a tab in corner say on ...touch it and its on (blutooth activated)
touch it again and its off

Go into your phone like you are going to dial a number, to the left of the "call" button there is a button with what looks like a person and a plus sign. If you click that you will be given a list of your contacts. I had the same problem when I first got mine, but after playing with it for a few days, I finally figured it out. I hope this helps.

my KA08 mini does not respond when i press the menu button. therefore i cannot access the menu....what do u suggest

I buy the same fone in brazil and i format the memory card !!!!
