I have a paper jam and I can't remove the paper tray to fix the jam

Try getting to the paper by:
- Opening the latch on the backside - Opening the printer in the same way you do when switching cartridges - Using pliers or other tools from the front.
The last tip is taking a small amount of papers (10-20) and actually forcing it through the paper lane. Not all the way, but just back and forth a bit. This does not work on all printers, i am unsire about the 3210. Dont use excessive force.

Carriage jam error

The Jam error is most likely cause by one or more of the sensor flags these are the plastic usually black things hanging along the paper path. One of those are either stuck or broken. Check the path and look for those items.
