Try getting to the paper by:
- Opening the latch on the backside
- Opening the printer in the same way you do when switching cartridges
- Using pliers or other tools from the front.
The last tip is taking a small amount of papers (10-20) and actually forcing it through the paper lane. Not all the way, but just back and forth a bit. This does not work on all printers, i am unsire about the 3210. Dont use excessive force.

The Jam error is most likely cause by one or more
of the sensor flags these are the plastic usually black things hanging
along the paper path. One of those are either stuck or broken. Check
the path and look for those items.
