Function 9 yes, access code is machine model ie 9920, yes, atyo reports? yes Press 2 for , yes, press yes for image on report, press stop.

Get a manual online at www.oceusa.com, go to drivers and support, look for 9920 in dropdown

How can i access old sent reports?

You will need to press menu repeatedly until reports appears. Then use the left and right arrow keys to find the sent journal. Then press ok. It will should print the last 40 faxes.

Most machines have the ability to print a journal, but at the same time most won't go back that far. What model and model is your machine?

You cannot retrieve a sent fax. Sorry.

The journal is your only record.

Need to confirm details of when and what number a fax was sent approx 15 days ago.

The only way to check old transfer info for faxes is by printing out the journal. The way to do this varies from fax to fax, but most often is either with it's own button "reports" (and then "fax journal"), or by choosing "print reports" in the regular menu. The journal is emptied during power outs, so if you have had a power failure since, you cannot get the information. Additionally, the only info you will get from this is to where/from where the fax was sent, and if it was successful. Any information on the actual fax content is unavailable.
