Slot Light I have no idea when the disc slot is supposed to light.  The first time I played it and then powered down, the slot light up.  The next day I turned it on, played for a while and powered down.  Nothing...no light.  I thought the light was supposed to stay on when powered down.  Help please.

The disk slot comes on briefly when:
-You turn the power on
-You put a disk in or take one out

And it pulses when you have a new message on your Wii message board. It does not stay lit while the Wii is on.

Panasonic sa-ch64 cd is choosing the wrong cd

I looked at the users manual. I'm assuming single play slot zero is empty, if not unload it. Do you have your manual, if not, google your model number and select the search result 'manualslib.com', it can be found there. Recheck how your discs are programmed to play, sequential, block, etc. What you're seeing could be normal for how the unit is programmed. The disc was seen as being played, even when powered down, so the unit automatically selects the next disc. Some players attempt to read every slot , empty or not. Again, this may be programming. If a disc was loaded into the laser play position, was another disc placed in that tray position? Your unit has a wide range of programming/ listening functions, over time is could accidentally be programmed to other than what you are used to. Last resort is profession service. Good luck.

Technics SL-MC60 error message: "Take out"

Hello
If a disc has been put in the slot of the disc in play, Remove the disc, whose number is displayed, and press stop button.
Because of light or noise, the changer has detected a disc in the lot of the disc being played, even though it is empty. Check whether there is a disc in the displayed slot. With front panel closed, hold down "STOP " button for atl least four seconds or more.

My Wii is all plugged in but the light is out like its unplugged. we keep unplugging and plugging it back in but it is still not working, how do I fix this?

I think you are asking about the slot illumination for the wii this is how you change it:
  1. Access the Wii System Settings.
  2. Move the cursor over the blue arrow on the right and and select it once to reach System Settings 2.
  3. Choose "WiiConnect24."

The following options will be available:

  • WiiConnect24
  • Standby Connection
  • Slot Illumination

Choose Slot Illumination
Slot Illumination (Bright, Dim, and Off)

WiiConnect24 can let you know when it has received data by making the Wii console's Disc Slot illuminate. Select the option you want, then confirm your selection.

Bright: The Wii's Disc Slot will display a bright blue light when WiiConnect24 has received new data.
Dim: The Wii's Disc Slot will display a dim blue light when WiiConnect24 has received new data.
Off: The Wii's Disc Slot will not blink when WiiConnect24 has received new data.

How do you set the days that you want the system to operate ?

R88 series timers at Intermatic.
Click on model number to see manual:
http://www.intermatic.com/products/timers/mechanical%20time%20switches/sprinkler%20irrigation%20timers.aspx

Add a comment if you have different timer

At fixya, we're not supposed to copy-paste from manual, but manual says information clearly.
If timer has the day-skipper wheel located lower left of large yellow dial:
Not every timer has day-skipper wheel, in which case timer works same for each day.
TO SKIP DAYS: Turn black skipper wheel COUNTER-CLOCKWISE
until today's day is in front of "14" arrow. Press pins DOWN on days
of NO watering. The skipper wheel must have all pins UP for daily
watering.

Additional instructions:
1. TO SET FIRST ZONE: For watering, push gold pin into slot on yellow
dial at desired ON time. For each 12 minutes of additional watering
add one pin WITHOUT skipping a slot.
2. TO CHANGE ZONES: Leave one blank slot on yellow dial after ON
line (gold pin), and valve will automatically advance to next zone.
3. TO SET ADDITIONAL ZONES: Repeat steps 1 and 2. REMEMBER
to leave blank space between zones
4. TO SET TIME OF DAY: Turn yellow dial CLOCKWISE, until correct
line is at end of silver time pointer. Do NOT turn silver pointer.
5. TO SKIP DAYS: Turn black skipper wheel COUNTER-CLOCKWISE
until today's day is in front of "14" arrow. Press pins DOWN on days
of NO watering. The skipper wheel must have all pins UP for daily
watering.
6. PUT SELECTOR SWITCH IN AUTO: This switch can be used to turn
the system ON or OFF for manual operation without affecting the set
program.

Discs not playing

Don't know this issue with this particular player, but have had other Technics (Matsushita, Panasonic...) CD players doing something similar to this. In most cases, those were carousel players instead of single disc players like yours. These units had optical sensors that determined the presence of CDs in each tray slot by determining whether light was blocked from its LED to its sensor when a disc was present... no light at sensor meant that there was a CD in the slot. The sensors interpreted a shadow as an indication of a disc in the tray. I've had these sensors fail and not be able to determine that a disc was blocking its light signal... the players didn't "see" discs so they wouldn't play them. Solutions varied, but cheapest, easiest solution was often to open the player and blind the sensor completely with a piece of black electrical tape. Most of these sensors I have encountered got too sensitive, so that any light at all inside the player was seen as an empty slot. Blinding the sensors "fixed" most of these players, but disabled the ability to really tell that any given tray slot was empty.
Or, since it is an old player, there is also the possibility that it has simply run its course and the laser assembly has failed.

Good Luck.

We can't get the factory 6 disc cd player to load more than 1 disc. What is the sequence for loading additional discs?

The following is the owner's manual for your 2004 Dodge Neon:

http://www.dodge.com/en/owners/manuals/index.html?year=2004&nameplate=Neon

P.99 describes how to load discs:

1. Select and press any numbered button without an illuminated light above it.
2. Insert the CD while the light above the chosen button is flashing and the two lights on either side of the slot are illuminated.
3. Upon insertion, the CD will begin to play, and both the button light and the lights in the corner of the loading slot will illuminate.
4. Repeat the process for loading any additional CDs. The CD playe rwill stop while additional CDs are loaded.

Playing Discs
The radio will show the CD number, the CD track number, and the Track Time Elapsed while the radio is in the CD mode. IF more than one CD is loaded in the changer, the changer will automatically play the next disc after playing the last track of the current disc.

Wow, that's a lot of typing.
I didn't know the 2004 Dodge Neon had such a nice changer.
Good luck.
