I think you are confused as to what you actually want to do or need to do.

download P2K tools software which is compatible for all motorolaphones... it is having in built drivers also so install the driver bygiving the location where the p2k tools is located in that selectfolder "drv" ... this folder have all drivers when u connect ur cell topc through cable just install this... then u can upload or downloadanything from pc to cell & vice versa & you can flash the cellby using the flex option....

you flash the cell even when it is turned off from this software ..

You need to contact any technicians near you and ask them for a device called called a spooler, it looks like a network hub but for pararel connection, they old technology if u can get it. Good Luck.
