You need to remove the soap drawer and thoroughly clean all parts of it particularly the small compartment where the sypon tube is, on the left.
Poke a piece of wire down the tube, this should solve the problem

Usually this occurs when the siphon is clogged.

Try pouring warm water into the fabric conditioner tank.

Alternatively, carefully put a piece of kitchen paper towel in the fabric conditioner and run a cycle to see if the paper towel is damp. If not damp, then the washing machine isn't sending water into the conditioner tank.

My washing machine isnt accepting fabric conditioner
have you lifted up the conditioner flap on the drawer, you would of seen a long plastic tube sticking up, this tube gets blocked from time to time resulting in the softner not going into the machine. if you have cleaned this tube when you took the drawer out, then the only other cause is the solonoid vavle is the fault. this is easily replaced.

Fabric conditioner drawer
Try cleaning inside the the machine where the soap dispenser drawer fits into. Sometimes this builds up with lots of soap and fabric conditioner residue and stops the conditioner from going through.
Take the drawer back out and look inside where it goes to see if there is a build up of soap etc...
