if its under waranty either manufacturer of store bought take it in and have them replace it. i did 2 days ago and got a brand new one. my old one shut off numerous times and the last time would not turn back on >=l it made me sooo mad but when brand new these phones are great!!!!!!=D
this happens to mine too! it has already turned off 8 times today. I started messing with things on the phone...pressing on buttons..opening it and closing it quickly...and stuff like that and I think I found that when you push hard on the middle of the battery..it just turns off. (try pushing on it and checking that). I don't know how to fix it but I do want to know if that is why yours turns off like that too....
Granger1212 we had the same problem. We called LG and although our LG was out of warranty by 4 months, we were asked to supply our proof of purchase and LG sent a serviceman to our home and in 2 days we had our television back working wonderfully. It's the power supply, call LG and BE NICE, I'm sure they will fix it.
We called are provider yesterday. Apparently it is a software issue and it just needed an upgrade, they told us all our env3 would eventually do this. We took all the phones in and had the software updated and they are working fine now.
