Hello Sir,Am Atul..i have SGH D820 mobile phone..it has display problem..i change the strip twice & it was working properly.But again showing display problem.So i think i need to format the mobile..so pls help me.and also please give me the link where i can get the s/w for formatting. thanx

Are you sure formatting your phone will solve the problem? I think the problem is from the flex that connects the screen to the phone's main board. Usually slide phones give this kind of problem especially samsung phones.

Trust me, and give this a trial.

And please what do you mean by "strip"?

Make sure that the strip was connected properly as a false connecction will not get the circuit working.
So redo the work and see that the connectors are pushed into properly.

mobiles phones is strip problems only, this strip as connected as keypad to display. anyway u change immediately, u do more work in ur mobile more affected, any way u change now, then the strip rate of minimum rs.50.

ur mobile have a inner strip for providing signals to the display, microphone ,speaker & camera the person who tld u that he has replace ur display might have changed the stripe(cable) & it is not properly fitted thats why the camera is not working

Display is not showing goes black
I can give you just suggestions.. Could not tell you anything clearing without seeing the set.. Ok.. Problems may be the strip would not have been changed properly or the display would have been gone.. Thnx
