For Windows OS, iPod supports no WMA/WMV files from Windows Media Player due to two reasons:
1. Unsupported file format;
2. Protected WMA/WMV files.

So you need to remove the protection and convert WMA/WMV to proper files format like M4A/M4V, Daniusoft Media Converter Pro is recommended.

Help ineed account for my Ipod please help

Step 1:
an itunes account ?
b> An iPod is a portable media player that lets users listen to music wherever they are. Before you can listen to songs on the iPod, you must first put music onto the device. If you have been using different MP3 players in the past, adding music to an iPod can be slightly confusing. The reason for this is that iPods are not compatible with Windows Media Player, Real Player or Winamp. By using iTunes, however, you can add music to any iPod.

• Open iTunes. • 2 Add music to iTunes. To do this, click "File." Choose "Add Folder to Library." Then, find the folder on your computer that holds the music you wish to put onto the iPod. Highlight that folder and click "OK." The music will be put into the iTunes Library. • • 3 Plug the iPod into the computer. After a few seconds, you will see the iPod listed under "Devices" on the left-hand side of iTunes. • 4 Click "Music" under the "Library" option on the left-hand side of iTunes. All of the music files in the iTunes Library will then be shown in the middle of iTunes. • 5 Double-click the album that contains the music you want to put onto the iPod. The songs on that album will then be listed. • 6 Highlight the song you want to add to the iPod. • 7 Drag that file over to the name of your iPod located under "Devices" (as mentioned in Step 3). The song will then be placed onto the iPod. Do this for all of the music you want to put onto the iPod. • 8 Click the "All Albums" button at the top of iTunes to get back to the list of albums on the iTunes Library. • 9 Repeat Steps 5-7 until you are done putting music on the iPod. • 10 Disconnect the player when you are done.

I cant put music on my ipod touch with windows media player

You cannot use the iPod touch with Windows Media Player, you can only use the iPod touch with iTunes. You need to download iTunes and when you install iTunes make sure it is set to automatically search your computer for music. iTunes will find all of your Windows Media Player songs, convert them for use on the iPod and then you can synchronize your iPod with the iTunes software.

My ipod won't organize the music, I've tried putting it in different folders. No matter where I put them, they all go to the same file on the ipod which is all music. When I look into the artist, there's...

Your MP3 player (which is not an iPod, by the way) probably displays the "tags" in your music files. These are the artist, album and song titles that are embedded in the music files themselves, and not related to the folders in which you store them, or the file names.

You will need to use a music manager to look at these tags, and set them appropriately. Music managers include Windows Media Player, MediaMonkey, Winamp and others.

Hi..

Of course you can not import music from windows media player to your ipod, because windows media player is only a player. So you need to locate were is the music located. Once you can reach now were is the music located. You can easily copy the music and paste it in the music files in your ipod.
