There's a cover marked with a little symbol that looks like a a cylinder remove the 3 screws and pull out the hdd it may be in a carriage in which case there will be more than likely 4 screws 2 on either side slide the new drive in and assembly is the reverse of removal

Removing D7830 keyboard
To remove the keyboard you don´t need to remove the bottom.

Look at the first row _F KEYS_ With a small screwdriver you must pull 3 fixing points, left -near F2-, middle and right.
Pull between keyboard and case, these will release keyboard up.

Pulling there you can pull out keyboard.

HI! Yes you can upgrade your Hard drive from a 30GB (std size) to as much as 120GB. The only thing yu need to be sure of is that you need to buy a IDE 2.5" HDD which is a little bit hard to find but is still available. Try to google some suppliers online.

If i'm not mistaken, as in most notebooks, your's does not have a 'Video card', as they have on board graphics, which is built into the motherboard.
