Wf2k.exe - unable to locate component

This application has failed to start because d3drm.dll was not found. re-installing the application may fix the problem.
ok, i keep getting this error message. if i close it down it pops up again seconds later. will not uninstall and will not install.

hey, dll is a file in your pc, try to look for a qtcf.dll in the internet then try to download it,else try to re install your itunes, but use other installer, maybe the installer is corrupted.
