The amp is a 220 w amp, 55 watt per channel. This is a good amplifier I use it with my home stereo system.

Hi, I want to know if it's possible to connect my computer to the Sanyo-dvd (DWM-2500) loudspeakers. If it's possible, could you tell me how? I can't find it anywhere. Thank you very much!

In stereo, yes. At a minimum your PC should have a headphone output and/or a rear-panel stereo speaker output (usually 1/8" green), which is essentially the same. Get into the audio controls and set whichever you use to be Large Stereo speakers.

Get an adapter for the 1/8"-stereo-to-RCA-cable pair and attach it to the only analog audio input on the Sanyo.

Dell inspiron 1546 s no 5.1 chanel sound only stereo.

Hi!

The dell inspiron 1546 only has 2.0 channel audio. It is only capable of handling stereo audio.

But if you want 5.1 audio on your dell inspiron I suggest you look for a 5.1 USB soundcard. I found one online here is the link http://tinyurl.com/zalmanusb1-5.

I hope this helps.

Ppi dcx 1500.1 is it 2 powerful 4 da 12in. L7?

Hello montyski20,

The amp outputs 500 watts RMS into 4ohms, 750 watts RMS into 2ohms and 1000 RMS into 1ohm.

The L7 can handle 750 watts RMS (375 watts per each coil). If your L7 is the 2ohm version, you should wire the voice coils in series, the positive marked coil to the negative unmarked coil. Then connect the remaining positive and negative to the amp terminals. This gives you a 4ohm load (500 watts). If your L7 is the 4ohm version, wire the voice coils in parallel, both marked and unmarked positives together, likewise both negatives and then to the amp terminals. This gives a 2ohm load (750 watts).

Paralleling the 2ohm sub will result in a 1ohm load (1000 watts) and that is too much for the L7.

Hope this helps.

Subwoofer Dual voicecoil wiring

1 ohm will draw too much current.those are designed for a 2 channel 2 ohm drive for each sub.running 4 ohms will be easier on the amplifier and since impedance is not constant it may run 3 ohms at some frequencies anyway. another solution if your power amp is bridgeable....put the coils in series on each woofer making 4 ohms.then parallel the two 4 ohms to make 2 ohms and run the amp in bridge mode at 2 ohms.since bass is omnidirectional, you can do it

Stereo requires two different inputs, as the very name implies. If you're using just one mic, it is possible to "pan" that input to both left and right, but is not truly stereo. For true stereo, you must have at least 2 mics, or 2 or more of any other sources...accordianman

Home stereos

Hi this is Compaqowner again NOTE: I know enough about home Stereos, and I am pretty sure to figure out 'power output' you take the total:in this case it takes in 110 watts total devide that by 2 so according to my math that is 55 watts (I guess this AKAI has a 55 watt amplifier) then you take the amplifier output (in his case 55 watts) and devide that by how many channels are being used,so in 5.1 DOLBY mode DVD movie, etc.(power to all 5 speakers) then it's 11 watts per channel, and in 2.1 stereo (power to the subwoofer, front right, and front left speakers only) it jumps up to a little over 18 watts per channel, again,I think?,when you find the answer, please let me know. Thank you for your time. Steve B.
