Hi, I answer the phone using the blue/green key which is the answer/release button. Also the 2 call keys allow you to toggle between callers without putting down the handset. I have sent you a training video about conference calls on the DCS, I have loaded 68 up to youtube under the heading of 'abbeytel'. There is 1 about hands free calls, hope this helps.

Hi, I hope that you have already sorted your DCS problem out, if not then on the handset with Night mode on, with the handset in its cradle dial Transfer 107 then use your volume keys to find out which button has MODE on it. when you have sorted this press the mode button then dial 0000 then choose 1 for DAY. An answering machine can be added if youn have a spare analogue port, You are probably better getting an engineer to install this if you are not sure. Most people move to Voice mail, I've posted a video for you showing Voice Mail from http://abbeytelecom.com

That will have to be changed where the lines come into the office, in the router.

I believe it indicates your in headset mode, and lights up when you do not have a headset button
