Touchpad My touchpad is not registering my entry or incorrectly doing so. I worked when I bought it 2 months ago. I stopped working with the machine around Christmas and Now am getting back to it and it doesn't work. I cannot get in touch with the company to get assistance. The phone number is a recording (I did leave my information but have not heard back from them) and I am unable to load the web site. HELP!!

take it back to the place where you took it two weeks ago. Otherwise, need more info...where in the machine did it wrap?

Hi Annie, It all has to do with your foot pedal. CHECK to make sure it's plugged into your machine properly.
IF it jiggles around in the socket, wrap a bit of tape around the rubber/plastic part that goes into the socket. I had to do that with one of my machines about a month after I got it...that was 10 years ago, still works great.
If these things don't work, then you may need a new foot pedal, or a new socket...or both.

From the pic, the bobbin is inserted incorrectly .... this is the cause for the challenge.
Insert the bobbin inside the bobbin case, so that the 'finger' of the bobbin case fits at 12 o'clock into that little notch.
Now all will work properly.

Take it back to the store, get a replacement. If it is under warranty you don't want to be futzing about inside. Just go get another one.

the machine should not be that,, since you just bought it take it back & get another one

open your bobbin case and un jam it thread wound around the center

Could be the needle is the incorrect size or the thread is not compatible with the embroidery or both. :)

looking at the top left side you should see a hole large enough for a screwdriver and through that hole there is a screw. Loosen the screw and the left side cover should come off.

Check for lint buildup between the feeddog teeth, will look like felt pads.....remove it !.........this little housekeeping should be done regularly......also ensure the correct stitch length is selected, not set at zero (OK, unlikely, but can happen !!)
