The music I copy onto the camera is definatly in mp3 format but why isn't it there when i disconnect the camera from the computer?? My camera has MP3 , PMP & text but when I downloaded some MP3 songs from the computer ,the file on the digital camera says it's empty I downloaded some MP3 songs and video clips onto my camera on a SD memory card, but the file says it is empty i have followed the instruction from the manuel book.

I have the next problem with my NV3 camera. I upload some mp3 to my camera and when I try to reproduce them with the camera, there are not all the files that I upload. If I synchronize the camera again with the computer the files are there, but aren't visible in the camera. Someone knows what's happening?

Two questions: How do I create folders on the Eclipse mp3 player? How do I download audio books to the Eclipse and keep the books in folders?

Connect your MP3 player with the supplied USB cable to your computer. The computer will detect this as an external storage device, then click on this device and go to the music folder. You can create a new folder/s inside the music folder and you can copy your mp3 audio files into the folders you have created.
You most likely need to convert your audio book files into mp3 files.

Uploading mp3's

I think you will find that the file you have created has to be called MP3 otherwise the camera doesn't recognise it.
