Question about Epson ACULASER CX11NF All-In-One Printer
The printer was working fine yesterday and today it won't print from a computer, any computer. There are no error messages. The printed documents just sit in the "pending" area in the task bar. We have rebooted the printer and that did nothing.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
What operating system and is this on a network as a shared printer or wireless?
Download Epson net config from the website and run the program on all computer and configure it, make sure on the printer that ip is set to obtain automatically.
