Can u see if the blu ray laser is moving up and down and if there is light in it? I have made the mistake before and replaced the spindle motor and the disk still would not spin. This is because the laser is burnt out and needs to be replaced. Which is why i ask if there is any light being emitted from the laser. If there is light it may be to weak to read the data. You can get the replacement laser and tray with spindle motor from ebay and there are a few other online distributers. Good Luck.

Disk wont read

Then bands that spin the disc are worn down or have come off the rollers you will need to take it apart to fix this.

The disc for my ps3 it spin then stop then spin then stop how do you fix that problem

If the disk works fine, then it's not a problem, the playstation only needs to reed it when its spinning. Mine does this occasionally.

The ps3 will not read any disk that i put in the system

Sounds like your drive is bad.
Unplug from power for a min. Plug back in and try a couple different discs.
Plug back if still not working the PS3 will need to be taken apart for further inspection. If you are somewhat handy you can do your self.
Here is a vid to show how to take apart and replace lens.
Change location: Please enter a location http://www.metacafe.com/watch/2348144/sony_ps3_wont_read_fix_will_not_read_disc_repair_no_read_discs/

I would take it apart so I could see the drive, if the discs are spinning I would replace the just lens, if the disc are not spinning I would replace the disc spin motor.
If it seams to much you can replace the whole drive with a new or a used one.

Playstaion 3 games wont load how can it be fixed. the clock (loading icon) stops. no errors appear no disk shows up.

listen for the disc to start spinning

if the disc spinns then its prolly just a dirty laser lens and if it doesnt spin could be a bad laser i doubt its the blu ray logic boad cause the ones i have seen that were bad the disk reading icon never stops, this has also happened on broken lenses where it never stops. ussually if it stops its bad motor or dirty lense.

Ps3 blu-ray player will not work

No it will not.... It surges the disk 2-3 times senses there is a disk and then starts it spinning if there was a disk in there.

MY PS3 WONT ACCEPT DISK

I bought a PS3 yesterday and had to take it back - when entering a disk it would get pulled in and start to spin but would only go in still leaving about a half inch sticking out - it would spin for about 15 seconds and then stop. I had to take it back and get a replacement which worked fine.

Game not loading

there is most likely hair or some other particles stuck to the spin shaft use tweezers or a toothpick or a paper to get it out.

My ps3 wont spin any disk what can i do to fix it

Try cleaning the lens using a cotton swab and alcohol. The disc won't spin unless the unit realizes that a disc is there. A dirty lens will prevent the system from reading the disc.
