ArcSoft TotalMedia 3

¡Hola! ... I buyed an TV antenna for PC .... I insalled the driver and the software and when I eant to open the application I receive that message:¨TMMonitor ha detectado un problema y debe cerrarse (TMMonitor has detected a problem and it will shu down)¨ ... My PC has all the required of system, I mean Win XP, 1,7 GHz CPU, 512 MB RAM. I uninstalled that softaware and reinstalled of many times, but still doesn't work. Please, help me.     Hi guys !

    Arcsoft TM version 3 does not start, shows me only picture and slideshow

    possibilities but no digi-tv.

    Antenna and fujtech-usb connected.

    Program-icon on desktop but has no reaction.

    Total deletion and re-installing ?

    I have the same problem. Installed ArcSoft TotalMedia (OS Vista). TV tuning went OK but when I try to watch I get "TMmonitor has stopped working - A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows has closed the program and will notify you if a solution is available" Needless to say, it hasn't. I tried re-installing but no joy. Any suggestions - apart from taking back to the shop (that's where it will be going shortly if I can't fix it).

Thank you for using our products.
Regarding your issue, please try to reinstall your TotalMedia 3.5 following these steps(before that, please make sure you keep the original installer):
Step1: Pull out your device and uninstall from Control Panel -> Programs -> uninstall TM, restart PC
Step2. delete these files/folders:
W7 32-bit OS:
C:\Users\current user\AppData\Roaming\ArcSoft
C:\Users\current user\AppData\Local\ArcSoft
C:\Users\All Users\ArcSoft
C:\Program Files\ArcSoft
C:\ProgramData\ArcSoft\licensedata

W7 64-bit OS:
C:\Users\current user\AppData\Roaming\ArcSoft
C:\Users\current user\AppData\Local\ArcSoft
C:\Users\All Users\ArcSoft
C:\Program Files (X86)\ArcSoft
C:\ProgramData\ArcSoft\licensedata
Step3: Clean up the registration files:
1).Go to Start menu and click "Run", type "regedit" and press Enter.
2).Delete [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\ArcSoft] and [HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\ArcSoft].
Step 4: Reinstall TM after rebooting the computer.

Device not detected or use by other application

Go to 'Windows Task Manager' (ctrl+alt+del) and click the 'processes' tab and (if possible) stop only devices affected and retry. Be careful not to stop devices/drivers required by windows or any application in use otherwise windows/application will stop working.

If a device is not in use and still not detected or is wrongly reported, get the latest drivers and install them first. You may check device settings and make changes as required. If all else fails and you have the original software, try re-installing it after a proper uninstall.

TotalMedia Extreme 2 Plug In

I used to have this problem and wanted to chuck my computer across the room,
but here is the solution. You have to unistall TME and it's drivers, and reinstall it.
Although here is the trick, when it asks you what componets you want with it,
(ex: Arcsoft media converter 2.5, Arcsoft media theater, ETC) you want to enable
to install all of them. After that wait and it should work. I did a little praying
because I was pretty desperate to record some gaming montage clips. So yeah
there you go :D

Arcsoft Totalmedia 3.5 installing fails to my 64bit Win7 computer. Installing stops when program asks country settings.

I have Windows 7 64-bit and couldn't install TotalMedia 3.5 It would only get as far as Select Video Device, and give 2 options: > WinFast DTV Dongle Gold BDA Filter > FM/DAB Dongle I downloaded a driver (AF9015 BDA Driver - 9.6.3.1) from http://www.unisupport.net/ Select Video Device then gave these 2 options: > AF9015 BDA Driver > FM/DAB Dongle The first one did the trick. (The second one was possibly there because I have a Kaiser Baas USB FM radio.)

ArcSoft TotalMedia Theatre 3 issue

Download from Arcsoft the "BD Assistant"and it will tell you where your system is failing the HDCP check.

I had an issue with the LogMeIn mirror driver showing up as my graphics card. When I uninstalled it, my HDCP status was good again. The funny thing is LogMeIn and TMT3 run fine together but only under certain circumstances changing multiple monitors do you get this conflict.
