Wont connect what do i do?

your e370 does connect via blue tooth,i know i do it,maybe reinstall your blue tooth sofware on your pc, or it could be a port conflict in your pc,but the problem is with the pc,not the phone

OK just go to say, Ebay, or your local PC store, and buy a HDD/DVD, SATA/IDE - USB "Dongle" Pack, they are real inexpensive, simply use the interface that matches your HDD the "Dongle" has BOTH connectors, hook up the Power to the HDD/DVD and hook up to the PC via USB, to the PC, the PC, should "See" the device, and install a "Driver' then it should be available in My Computer, as a normal "Drive".

you connect via a usb cable or bluetooth which is a wireless connection. if you have tried connecting with a usb cable, what happens? If the device cannot be seen or recognized by your pc the most common reason is that you dont see a device you plugged in is that you dont have the proper drivers installed on your pc. See what error meesages you get, and troubleshoot! Are you saying your internet connection on your PC is via vodafone usb dongle? This should not affect your ability to connect a mobile phone via a usb cable which should work without being connected to the internet. Its all a question of hsving the correct drivers, but some software wont work with the dongle software, which has to be uninstalled. Troubleshoot for the correct drivers them get technical help from micromax

Uinstall the software and then reconnect the camcorder via the USB. if this is detected then install to connect.
If there is no detection then the software must be reinstalled and connected. Use a different port to check. shut off the camcorder to connect , if not switch on and connect.
If either wont work then remove the memory card and try if it connect.
If not check if the cam is detected in another PC to confirm the fault of PC or cam.

Then you will want to go to bitpim.org and download the program.
After driver is downloaded or installed, then turn on phone, turn on bitpim, then hook up phone and sync phone with bitpim and now you are ready to do what you want.

I had a simular problem to this when trying to connect my digital camera to my pc. It would'nt connect even with the software installed, it turned out that my usb port was'nt fast enough. I had a usb 1.0 when I needed a usb 2.0 or higher. Might be the same case with this.

OMG , its so old it has NO USB PORTS !!!
sales ended 2005, 12 years ago on the card.
VISTA, XP,CE and all older OS , support ended long ago.
for sure microsoft Plug and Play severs. are now dead.


this PC has value of $0 at Ebay.
the only hope is endless, all day goggle searched the dard web
and finding CD drivers for PC-cards. and infections as door prize.

Did the Sky unit & IR hardware come with software???
Is your sky card external or internal mounting or usb???
You may have to uninstall and reinstall this again,
Remove any leads and cards plugged into the machine.(SKY & IR)
Reboot and reinstall making sure to install software before connecting any devices.reboot again befor connecting devices,
Now start up like normal and plug everything back in and try again

while connecting phone to pc through usb port u should install the phone software in the pc first otherwise the pc will not allow you to connect and trasfer data. if there is a software u can easily trasfer data from phone to pc and pc to phone.
