My End Button Not Working My Lg Chocolate wont on because my end button is broken it just somehow stopped working and know how do i on my phone please help me?

Possible there is damage to the pad or the base board. Unless this is opened and cleaned the board damage cannot be confirmed. Also use a hair dryer to warm off any moisture that can cause this malfunction

check your belt of phone and touch plate's soldering.Some times touch plate soldering is lose or touch plate's belt might be broken so change it.

If problem still remains take your mobile to the mobile shop for flashing........

i work for a cell phone company, and to be honest with you i dont know how long you've had your phone, but it sounds like a default in the phone itself. i would contact my carrier, or customer service, and there are places that can fix phones, just do the research online for the locations. hope i helped

Chocolates are garbage.. sorry. Go to verizon and get it replaced. If it's under warranty, it's free, and if not $55. I dumped my chocolate for a Voyager!

there should be arrow looking things on the side of your chocolate. if you push the arrow button pointing to the bottom of your phone... this should fixya.

you need to replaced the keyboard take the phone to a mobile service center and have them replaced it for you.

Ok, I found something that worked. I read in another post that you can reformat the phone with a certain key stroke while the phone is off. I know in this case you will probably have to take out the battery, reinsert it, then do it before turning on the phone. I also had the phone plugged into the charger. I don't know if it helped or had nothing to do with it. Just thought I'd mention it in case it comes to that. Just hold down the * button, the 3 button, and the ok button. Then turn on the phone. Make sure you're holding all three of the buttons at the same time. I held them for about 5 seconds or so. It booted up normally after that.

Here is the problem, what most of the people do with this LG HBM 550 is press the PWR/END button on the headsent and when the headset light turn on Blue they let the button go and try to pair the device, this is worng when light is flshing Blue only it is not in the pairing mode.
You need to press and hold the button on the head set for five second and when the light flicker red and blue alternately, now device is in the paring mode.
Using you phone when to pair this device it might ask, depending on you r phone setting for the PIN or pass code which will be "0000"

1- first u have to uninstall verizon *288, than try ur music button, if facing same problem, than there is problem in u r keypad, contact lg care center
