Components of the TX2500z TOuch Screen

Can someone please tell me the components of the touchscreen computer. I have an HP tx2500z. I have been told that the screen is actually composed of three layers:
1. The WACOM touch screen
2. A glass layer
3. LCD screen

Are the three layers FUSED together at the factory? Or can I replace just the glass, or just the WACOM screen?

Any and all help is appreciated.

My screen flicks alot or sometimes the desktop goes black and then reappear

Hi! try this steps. First reinstall your video card driver. Uninstall the first one then install back the driver. Second update your computer BIOS driver . (BIOS driver can be found on the website of HP as well) But make sure that if you update the Bios your battery charge should be above 30% or more than that and should be plug in the Ac adapter. Because if there will be power failure while updating it, motherboard will be defective .... Just to make sure call HP hotline for further assistance. Hope this will help you . God Bless.

My tx2500z crashed today and wont start anymore

It could have happened due to an electrical surge . And the system board or the fuse box has to be changed . Customers are requested to buy extended service packs when offered. They helo you in a lot of ways . Even if you were in warranty it would not help because that comes under the accidental damage .

How do I orientate my screen so that i do not have to flip the computer around after i switch into tablet mode?

Press the button in the lower right corner of the screen marked with two arrows following each other.
Moreover, you can use Tablet Properties to set the orientation you desire as default when you flip to tablet mode.
