Im a getting a card err read on a brand new sandisk 4gb card the same card works fine in my other camera which is also the m80

try another card...these M80s are sensitive about SD cards, and a card used in one device won't work in another M80???
Do the SD101...Check the write protect switch on side of SD card; make sure card slot has no debris or bent pins...blow it out with duster or contact cleaner.

I bought a 4gb memory (Sony) card. I t shows unsupported when turned on , is it compatable?

The M415 works with SD cards. Your 4GB card is actually an SDHC card and won't work with the camera. You need to use SD cards, 2GB and smaller.

I bought 4GB SD card for minolta dimage Z1, but error comes UNABLE TO USE CARD....I read in the fourms that this camera does not support 4GB cards... right?

Your camera came out in 2003, before SDHC cards were invented. Chances are, the 4G card you're trying to use is not an SD but an SDHC card and won't work in your camera.

What is the largest mb sd card the kodak dcs pro 14n will read ??

Hello!
Seems the DCS PRO/n do not handel SD cards with HC capabilitys. So the largest SD cars that there is i 4GB. Problems is to find such a card.
In reallity 2GB is possible.
I recomend You to obtain a CF card instead. I use a 16GB CF and it work like a charm.

I suppose the DCS 14/n work the same way.

Hi,just bought a 4gb sd card for my digimax s600 but it won,t work.when i switch on camera, screen says..format..yes.confirm ok.when i do this i get check sd card . i put in old card it works fine??..

Does your camera support SD HC? Anything above a 2gb SD card is concider a HC; so if your camera can't support HC format then you can not use that card.

Just bought 4GB SD card that hx4700 does not recognise - help pse

Your slot in the iPAQ is a SD slot, not a SDHC slot - therefore it will not read the card. Your PC card is probably a dual reader. The SD cards look the same but are different. Have a read of this...

JENSEN VM9512 SD SLOT PROBLEM

Hello,
I don't have this unit but I have this problem with another unit. Problem when unit read only 1-4GB SD without this symbols HC because this cards which have HC is high speed storage and need high speed storage readers or this unit need new upgrade to read SDHC and I think upgrade is not possible for this unit. You need to use only standard SD 1-4GB cards. Or you can ask service or upgrade is possible.
I hope I help :)

Largest capacity SD card for Pentax Optio S5N

The maximum supported size is most likely 2GB SD Card. Cards with 4GB and more are following a new (incompatible) standard called SDHC (SD High Capacity), SDHC cards work only in devices specifically supporting SDHC. The Optio S5N uses the old SD standard where 2GB are the maximum size.
