You need to contact the phone service provider of whichever SIM card is in the phone asking for the PUK code. PUK code is a code to unlock the SIM card.
Follow these simple steps 1 - Input the code *#06# into your phone's keypad. Press the
"SEND" button. Listen for the IMEI number, which you will need to
provide to receive an unlock code.
2 - Contact your Tracfone cell phone provider. Ask the representative for an
unlock code. Give the representative your phone's IMEI number, model
number and manufacturer's name.
3 - Turn over your Tracfone. Remove the protective cover. Take out the
battery and place the SIM card underneath. Replace the battery and
protective cover.
4 - Input the unlock code as provided by your cell phone
provider. Press the "OK" button. Your Tracfone should allow you to
access the network.

You need to contact Tracfone and let them know you are temporarily going overseas and they will either email you a code or give you one over the phone.
The PUK is not stored within the phone, But the network. You will need to contact tracfone, give your details and ask for your PUK to be generated for you
Well if you bought it from overseas it is a PAL system and here in the USA we use the NTSC version. You might need to buy your games overseas or just MOD it to play burnt games and DL them off the net.
