Mitsubishi WL-82913 will not turn on, green power on light blinks continuaously but unit does not turn on. Any suggestions or ideas as to what the cause may be and is there a known fix? Thanks for your help

It is a capacitor on a circuit board. You access it from the back of the tv, however I do not remember much more about the repair except that there were two identical capacitors, and the repairman changed them both out in about 10 minutes. Still charged $200.00 plus dollars for the repair, but apparently he knew extractly what the problem was with doing any other testing so it must be a common problem with the set.
