I need trippers for a Pargon 4000 timer I ordered some from Amazon but what I got will not work nor did they look like the ones they showed on line can any one help me

Contact amazon:
Go to help and then look for contact
chat with them about product not matching image shown on amazon.

Contact patriot supply directly
http://waterheatertimer.org/Paragon-timers-and-manuals.html

Return trippers to amazon and buy Intermatic T104 series 240Volt for Paragon timer replacement.
http://waterheatertimer.org/Buy-T100-series-timers.html

Otherwise Paragon timers and parts have been discontinued,,, and maybe somebody is making knock-off trippers and selling them for $15 per pair and ripping folks off.

4001 0 timer c1878

Paragon no longer makes timers, except for commercial defrost series.
There is a cheap knock-off that looks like the old 4001, but I cannot find seller any longer and do not recommend.

Instead, order 120Volt Intermatic T101 timer to replace Paragon 4001.
Or order T101R for indoor-outdoor weather-tight enclosure
http://waterheatertimer.org/Paragon-timers-and-manuals.html#Paragon4000
http://waterheatertimer.org/How-to-wire-T104-Intermatic-timer.html#T101
http://www.amazon.com/dp/B00002N5FN/?tag=waterheaterti-20
http://www.amazon.com/dp/B000BVZB3E/?tag=waterheaterti-20

Paragon 4001 terminals are 1-2-3

Intermatic T101 terminals A-1-2
Paragon terminal 1 Hot goes to Intermatic terminal 1
Paragon terminal 2 Load goes to Intermatic terminal 2
Paragon terminal 3 Neutral goes to Intermatic terminal A

Intermatic makes replacement clock motors and trippers for T100 series, so this timer will last decades.

Tork also makes a line of mecanical timers sold through home depot under GE brand name:
http://waterheatertimer.org/GE-timers-and-manuals.html#15145
These are also good timers, but lighter construction than Intermatic T101.

Looking for set of trippers for paragon 4014-20 pool timer

Copy following link to identify timer:
http://waterheatertimer.org/Paragon-timers-and-manuals.html#4000

Paragon 4000 series uses X2772 tripper
Paragon is no longer making timers except for defrost times.
There is a new line of timers coming from China that looks identical to Paragon 4000, and uses same tripper. As a result this timer design and trippers could be around for years to come.

Replacement timer is Intermatic T104R 240Volt indoor outdoor enclosure, with replacement parts widely available

Need trippers for older unknown model number amf paragon pool timer. timer is 15 - 20 years old

Paragon no longer makes timers or parts, except defrost timers.
Typically, defrost timers are not used for pools.
Open following link to possibly identify timer and tripper part number.
http://waterheatertimer.org/Paragon-timers-and-manuals.html

If you want a new timer for pools, Intermatic makes the T101 120Volt and T104 240Volt:
http://waterheatertimer.org/How-to-wire-T104-Intermatic-timer.html

If you want T100 series timer with fireman's switch that turns off heater 10 minutes before turning off pump:
http://waterheatertimer.org/Intermatic-timers-and-manuals.html#pool

If you have energy-saving 2-speed pool pump, and thermostat and pool light, then buy P1353 digital timer with enclosure. Enclosure and timer sold together as P1353ME.
http://waterheatertimer.org/Intermatic-trippers-and-parts.html#P1353
http://waterheatertimer.org/pdf/PE100-series-with-P1353-timer.pdf
P1353 is not easy to wire or program for novice, so you can add a comment or repost question on fixya and I will catch it.

Not keeping correct time

You posted under Paragon 4001-00 120Volt SPST timer

1) If timer is not keeping correct time, generally you need to buy new clock motor.
However Paragon is no longer making timers and parts, except for defrost timers.
4001-00 is not defrost timer.
http://waterheatertimer.org/Paragon-timers-and-manuals.html#Paragon4000

2) You probably need to replace timer
Intermatic cross reference shows T101 timer is correct replacement.
http://www.intermatic.com/customer%20service/competitive%20cross%20reference.aspx

3) Amazon sells T101 for $43.
This price is a lot lower than trying to find somebody who has specific Paragon clock motor
http://www.amazon.com/Intermatic-T101-Hour-Dial-Timer/dp/B00002N5FN

4) Grainger and many other places sell T100 series replacement trippers and motors.
No worry about defunct product

5) Wiring for T101 appears below:
http://waterheatertimer.org/How-to-wire-T104-Intermatic-timer.html#T101

Cross-over wiring is as follows:
Paragon terminal 1 goes to T101 terminal 1
Paragon terminal 2 goes to T101 terminal 2
Paragon terminal 3 goes to T101 terminal A

Also take advantage of fixya phone service.
For a price, expert speaks with you over phone while you work on timer or any do-it-yourself project.
Fixya is always less expensive than a service call.

Where do I get a replacement motor for the 7008-00?

Intermatic clock motors are everywhere, but Paragon and Tork clock motors are a mystery.
http://waterheatertimer.org/Paragon-timers-and-manuals.html#7000
Shows manuals and resources

According to Paragon accessory chart:
http://www.paragontimecontrols.com/parts_accessories.htm
7000 series 240V clock motor M3193-71
7000 series 120V clock motor M3099-00

I cannot find M3099 120V clock motor on internet
