go into the tool bar and stop grammar and punctuation
spelling is a straight red line under a misspelt word
check for spacing , grammar, punctuation to eliminate the line
right click on the word and the correction will appear
If this is an older machine I expect that some of the keys are not returning to rest preventing the index. If this is vintage and not been cleaned the link video provides a process for cleaning.
I would only add after vacuum the use of a spray cleaner lubricant like a spray can of WD40 or similar to spray coat all moving parts and then follow the remaining process in his video.
Clean up your disk space.
Go to Start Menu Search Bar and write down "Disk Cleanup" ,click on it to start the program,Select the drive you want to clean.In most cases C:\Drive and make a cleanup.The program will scan for unnecessary files.Next click on cleanup system files.
After you free up space on C:\ Drive ,word will work just fine.
well, you can take it apart , isnt much to it, when you have it apart you should have a sheet of plastic double layerd in yoru hand , seperate this and clean both side with some window cleaner or something light, put all back together and pray., hope this helps in some way.
when battery is installed the screen shows 4 even space bars...the top
one red, then green, blue and white with the word "bootload v 0.24" in
the red bar and "SD" in the green bar and its frozen there. I've tried
