I am planning to share contacts from my L7i to another phone

I am planning to share contacts from my L7i Motorola to another phone via blue tooth. Is there a way of selecting many contacts and sending them at once?

Secondly, even when I send a contact via bluetooth one by one to another contact, it is being received as a file, not as a number. Please help.

If the other phone is a Motorola too, then there should be no problem. But if the other phone is not Motorola then you will have problems. The reason is that they both have different formats of Contacts. What you can do is copy as many (max of 250) on the SIM and then insert this SIM into the other phone and copy them there on the phone's memory. Then remove SIM from new phone and insert it back into the original phone. Delete all contacts from the SIM and copy the balance to the SIM. Remove SIM from here and insert it into the new phone and copy all contacts to the new phone's memory. The best and the fastest way to copy contacts from one phone to another where the data does not match.

Transfer data

If you old device includes a "blue-tooth" feature then it should be equipped to transfer all your contacts via blue-tooth.

Now if your device DOES NOT have any "blue-tooth" feature, then you can visit your nearest carrier store, and transfer contacts using their handy tool.

Thanks.
