Assuming the battery is in the phone and fully charged, press and hold (for 2+ seconds) the button with the red icon on it on the right of the right arrow key. This is the Power On/Off and End button and the icon has two parentheses on their side. The top one is thicker than the bottom one and a vertical line is between them. Then, you'll need to view an owner's manual in German - to compare the directions. And, third, you'll probably need an online translator to translate German to English.
