Question about Intel Motherboard

Hi there. My problem is my Pc won,t start up. When i turn on,everything works... but no signal to the screen.
1. Screen is fine
2.Signal cable is fine.
3. Tried bypassing the Graphics card
4.tried a new CPU.
5.Tried clearing the CMOS. BATTERY AND SHORT
6. Tried reseating the ram(new) and graphics card
Usually when i start up the mobo makes a single beep sound.Now it makes no sound but still starts up.
7.Tried unpluging all drives and cards still makes no sound
Looks like its the mobo..(learnt this word for you guys)
8. Can,t get another agp card.DISCONTINUED
10.Costs cash.Wife not very impressed!
11. Will buy two cases of beer if you can help me.Or a hammer if you cant.....not for the wife!

Pete, did you try the onboard video, also?
When you tried the add-on video card, did you change the setting in the BIOS?

    Pete, Try moving the video card to a different PCI slot.

Bip long no start up

there maybe a problem with RAM, try to release the RAM, clean the pin with rubber if its dirty, then place it again in the socket. Bip long no start up can be sign that your RAM not correctly installed or its already damaged.

Why my ga-8vm800m resets itself. The first screen comes back

what do you mean by resets its self if you mean the system is restarting before windows can load then a component could be malfunctioning and may need to be replaced.

How much memory can I install using windows vista 32 on a gigabyte ga-8vm800m. I know on Xp is only 2 Gig

Usually the limit is 3.12GB in any 32-bit Windows OS. In-order to achieve full 4GB recognition you should install a 64-bit version. Here you can read some more information.

Unit shuts down and restarts for no reason

check all cables ide connectors .the problem may lie in the processor loose hsf or broken pins.if not irregular power supply .
