Question about Razer Copperhead RZ01-050100-R1M1 Mouse
manage to use,
Decided to update driver and firmware,
ok sht forgot to uninstall previous driver first,
went to uninstall everything i find about razer first,
(plan to reinstall thoroughly after uninstalled everything completely)
uninstalled 2 files,
1 - driver
2 - some installation shield thing <--- maybe this is problem
computer no more detects my copperhead,
computer detects something,
but using copperhead the cursor does not move,
computer says something like :
cannot install usb mouse properly, the file path/name is in use.
(Typed in note form to avoid long explainations, thanks.)
Go to device manager and uninstall everything under the USB heading and restart your computer. This should reinstall all the drivers and hopefully reinstall your mouse. You may need to rerun the driver you downloaded for the mouse afterwards.
My next suggestion your be to try the mouse on another computer to make sure it is not defective.
