Regardless, that is the markings on the SHIFT key on Sharp Calculators. The 2ndF key accesses the functions that are marked on the face of the calculator, not on the top of the keys.
Your calculator is set for GRAD instead of DEG, it means that it takes your input in gradian instead of degrees. You should press the DRG button until it displays DEG instead of GRAD.
No solution, but I have the exact same problem with a Sharp EL-531W calculator. Doesn't matter whether mode is degrees, radians, etc., and resetting with button in back has no effect.
Hi, To set the angle unit to degree you press the [DRG] key once or twice until a DEG indicator appears on the screen (where you cannot enter anything). The key may be labeled [DRG] with an arrow sign.

for the mean, just add them together and divide answer by the amount of figures you put in.
as for the others, i'm not sure a standard scientific calculator will do that
