I've spent 20 minutes googling matsui>mat110>user manuals>drivers and came up with nothing. I could not even find help at the Matsui web site. I did find several threads on different sites complaining about the lack of documentation. If you have a phone number for them I'd use it.

Read the manuel carefully and follow the direction it should work. you can find the firmware here as well as pdfs of the manual and upgrade manual

What the hell!!! The stupid new WINDOWS MEDIA PLAYER doesn't let me download my music.... and the first time i tried it deleted all my music i draged from limewire! WE NEED THE OLD WINDOWS MEDIA PLAYER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
