I do not know how to put songs on mp3

This is not the place for something like that - it takes too long to explain all the nuances.
Read your user's manual.
The general process is:
Download a song from an online music service, or use the Windows Media Player Rip function to grab a song from a CD (make sure to change Rip Options -> format to Mp3 first)
Use Windows Media Player's Sync tab to transfer the songs from the computer to your mp3 player
Your manual has the step-by-step instructions

Tranfering songs problem

Go to My Computer in your start menu and double click while your mp3 player is connected to your PC. You will see your player listed there, right click on it and select format, you can select quick format. This will get rid of any large files taking up space. Now start adding music again. Also, when ripping music to your computer, your want to make sure you rip as Mp3, not wave, as wave files are much larger. Let me know how that works for you.
