install the drivers of display new if persist then insert AGP card in AGP slot of grade 8X because that is not problem inbuilt display card does not support games and movie

No but you can attempt to use the default driver or the windows 2000 one. I have found that a few of the windows 2000 and xp drivers do work for things that vista doesn't have a driver for

Right click the mouse on an open area of the desktop, In XP select properties; Vista it's personalize. Go to the display settings and make sure it is set to portrait. Hope this helps.

If the monitor is working well you need not worry. If any electrolytic capacitor burst out this type smell may come.
