We have Citizen iDp 3550 printers here at work. They used to print single-spaced, but for some reason they print double-spaced now. I can't make sense of the manual I found online. We're wasting lots of paper for receipts! Anyone know how to fix this? Any help is much appreciated! =]
It is a dip switch setting, on dip switch #6, it needs to be "On" It will then single space the lines. After re-setting the switch under the cover, turn off the printer for 30 seconds to clear the buffer...then holding the "LF" button, turn it back on, until its self test is complete. You problem will be over.
My printer in kitchen is not printing.
