Ok from experience I have run lots and tried many cards on my asus p5vdc-mx,
The two best perfoming cards for this board is a xfx geforce 7600gt with 256 ddr3 ram, and the ati radeon sapphire hd 3850, this card needs a 450 watt power supply or better, your asus board has onlya agp slot, unless it has been modified ?. you will not be unhappy with either of these cards.

That video card wont fit your motherboard as you dont have a pcie 16x video card slot on there. you need to buy a video card that is agp.

I suggest XFX GeForce 8500 GT 512MB DDR2 PCI Express video card. No need for an upgrade & it has a lifetime warranty. The price is great! Your Asus P5VDC will run it. Here is the link:

That card will only fit in the P5VDC -X motherboard, we are talking about the P5VDC-MX which only has AGP slot

I am a gamer and p5vdc-mx has only agp slot and i want 1gb vga card but it is harder to find in agp slot i find only pci express x16 cards can i use riser card to convert agp to pci e x16

Hello
I dont think there are any agp to pci ex riser cards. As pci e x16 is part of the motherboard circutry.

There are pci to agp riser cards. If your going to be playing some of the latest games. Most games in the past 3 yrs require a pci x16 vid card.

I suggest geting another motherboard,chipset,and memory.Along with a Pci e x 16 card min 512mb.

How to get 1920x1080 resolution in asus P5VDC-MX on board vga

The on-board graphics is not capable of that resolution. You will have to install a video card with at least 512 MB graphics memory to get there. You may be pushing the limits of this motherboard and should consider an upgrade.

I need of p5vdc-mx series motherboard.where from i can collect its sound card and graphic card.

those components are embedded on the motherboard, they cannot be removed. If they have failed then the entire motherboard must be replaced. Maybe you need the drivers:

My P5VDC-MX Asus motherboard are not supporting graphics.

The builf in graphics are not the best. Your best solution is to invest in a good graphics card & disable the onboard video in bios. Hope this helps.
