Dynex 32 Inch Installation Problem

When installing the Dynex 32 inch TV, I began the setup process and got to the Auto Channel Scan. Cable nor Antenna work. Both will go through the entire process, but pick up no channels. The Cable (no box) is plugged into the TV already...Any suggestions?

After you connect the antenna cable to the TV go into the setup mode and on the tuner line change it from cable to air. Then do an automatic channel search and you're done.

How to change channel from one to any one channel in sony bravia

I need more info. Are you using antenna connected to RF input or are you using cable box, sat box or ATT Uverse? If connected to antenna . go in menu or Home on Sony. Press setup and look for channel scan. Set to antenna and do auto scan. If cable or other provider box set tv to ch 3 or what ever provider says. You are then using the tuner in that box. You will use providers remote to change channels. Be sure in setup that tv is set to cable if cable box is used. Hope this helps but the info you posted could be more descriptive.

Sharp 32 inch lcd tv won't reconginze channels when connected to antenna. Why? The screen now looks like a defragmenting on a computer screen.

You probably need to do a channel scan to find TV channels and progrma them to the TV memory. Using your remote control select Menu mutton and follow instructions for "auto channel scan"

Look in your manual for a channel scan entry. It should be an item in your setup menu. What this does is re-scan for all the signals it can receive.
Once the scan is done, it should display all the channels that are viewable in your area
