If you enter wrong password for more then 5 times,it ll ask you to enter the puk number....now call your customer care and get the puk number...enter the puk number in the space given for password....thats it...problem is fixed If you had locked your mobile then update the formware all saved passwords will be deleted.
OR if you contact your customer care they will unlock from there.
You may need to purchase a new sim card for it to be compatible with your nextel phones BUT it won't hurt to call customer service and try to activate that sim card under the ic902's serial number. Because your ic902 is also a sprint phone it works off of a different network and will need programming. Customer service will be able to activate your phone and give you the info needed to get your phone up and running.
You may need the front flip of your phone replaced. Alot of times this will fix shutting off issues. You can of course contact your local repair center to see if they have this part in stock. If this doesn't fix the issue it is possible that the phone can be exchanged.
