Sumsung s730 why the hell can't i use my samsung s730 as a webcam?

I couldn't find an actual .pdf download for the manual, and strangely samsung seems to have removed the S730 from their download pages. But I did find an online version that you can scroll through. Its the 98 page manual that covers both the S630/S730 cameras. The link is posted below. Hope this helps!

Sorry, you can't. The S730 is designed to store images and videos to memory, not to stream live video to another device.

you can download link from here i have also send a request to samsung center to update this s730 camera link on their request and i get positive results from their end

Take a look at this.

The lens mechanism is jamming by the sounds of it.
You may be able to free it with gentle manipulations
I guess there is no repair option.

I own a Samsung S730, i downloaded all the drivers on Vista Home, I tried formatting the SD Card but it says CARD LOCKED, and it isnt. Any solutions

Xp I think does not need software -if you hunt arouns the system Check out Scanner/Camera Wizard. Failing that a search on the web for 'web cam software' could turn up some freeware.
