Sony Trinitron Kv-32xbr45 the power to house cut off and came back on now tv wont turn on, can it be fixed?

You may have had a slight voltage spike either just before losing power (posible lightning strike?) or after power was restored. May be as simple as a blown fuse. If you can check yourself it should be located in the incoming power line; if you can take it to a repair shop most can find and fix cheaper than a new TV but will charge a diagnosis fee of about $50.00 to $75.00.
