* Remove toner cartridge. Shake it a bit. Reinsert.
* Not cleared? try 2nd method;
* Press Menu - # - 1934
* Press Menu - press > 3x (New Cartridge)
* Press Enter 2x
* Turn off printer, then turn it back on. Printer ready.

This is most likely a broken data ribbon. It is a few very thin wires that connects the mother board of the phone to the screen and can easily break with flip phones. It can be replaced and new data ribbon is cheap.

How to download Samsung media studio for YP-U3:

Select your corresponding software download on the next site by choosing the exact model:

On the next page select "Software" under the tab "Downloads".
For the software download select under "File" the required item, in this case "MediaStudio5_5212.exe."
