Question about Wacom Graphire Intuos Pen (GP300ESE) Digital Pen

1 Answer

My pen worked fine for years, now it jumps. I can't draw a straight or curved line anymore. It starts working then begins jumping.

Opened it up, inserted a screw driver and re-set it. Works like new!

I have a 2002 chevy cavalier. Battery is 2yo. Car will take a jump. Does not make any clicking noises, and lights, horn, radio work. Car would not start day 1,got jump ran fine, day 2 needed jump again, ran...

Weak connection between battery post and cable. Since the jumper cables bypass this, by clipping on the cable ends, the car will start with a jump. Takes less current to start a warm car than a cold one, hence it starts all day. I would look closely at the cable ends where they attach to the battery. Clean them until spotless with baking soda and water and terminal cleaner brush.

If this does not solve the problem, clean the chassis ground on the other end of the - battery cable and + cable where it connects to the starter.

Check your alternator output also. Battery should not be defective in 2 years.

Possible current drain when key is off. Put a voltmeter inline with the battery and check for draw. If you get more than a few millivolts something is on and drawing current. Glove box light maybe? Check by pulling fuses until you find the source of the draw.

How do i use adobe illustrator?

Illustrator uses vector drawing tools, which require you to start with a range of points that are connected by lines... and contained areas are filled with color automatically as you draw. Look for the pen tool in the pallette, click points and watch them be joined by lines. To draw a curve, click and drag slightly before moving to the next point. This leaves a curve point, that has a set of handles you can manipulate. Good luck!

G-Pen F610 - Cursor is jumping to the left

You should try to replace the tip of the pen, that's how I solved it.

Doesn't respond to the pen well

I had the same problem, and my fix was really simple. Did you make sure that your mouse and pen aren't on the tablet at the same time? I took my mouse off the tablet, the pen immediately stopped jumping around.

My cursor was smooth and easy to draw with, but now it's all shaky and won't draw well!

the latest drivers have 2 modes...

1 open the driver control panel
2 at the top of the window double click the intuos3 tablet that is giving you problems
3 choose standard mode instead of recognition data

... this is at least what worked for me. I hope it helps.
