When I log on I am getting a message "Memcheck.exe Common Language Debugging Runtime Debugging Services. Application has generated an exception that could not be handled". Any ideas on how to get rid of this

Your pc maybe overload of installing programs. if some program not working it's currupted with virus so that some massage pop-up on your desktop or try to check your memory (RAM) because so many programs installed, your RAM can't handle does program>>. solution: upgrade your RAM and clean up your pc with updated anti virus... if you're aware of COMBOFIX software, clean your pc with COMBOFIX. using that software (COMBOFIX) all autorun viruses will be delete...!

HP Connection XP is a program that is installed on your HP computer for assistance and support. If your computer is over a year old, I would suggest removing the HP assistance. You can do this by going to the control panel and selecting add/remove programs. You are looking for HP help, HP assistance, HP remote or HP support. Unintsall this program and you will rid this once and for all.

This is malware! Never click on an executable file that you do not know as you activate a worm or virus by doing so. A quick google search of the file name is prudent if you do not know what that file is. Whenever I start my system I first get an alert before login of profile as "crmgoldbpe.exe - Common Language Runtime Debugging Services Application has generated an exception that could not be handled....
click start -> run. Type msconfig hit enter. Goto the startup tab and look for anything containing crmgoldbpe.exe and uncheck the box next to it. Restart your computer. The error should be gone. This is part of a spyware program so you should also run an anti-spyware program such as spybot search and destroy from www.safer-networking.org.

****, since you have been having many issues, I guess that your windows is corrupted.

The best way to proced is to install a clean copy of Windows, install all of services packs and updates and then install the HP software and test the printer.

I know this is a lot of work, but it probably will solve this and many other problem that you are experiencing.
