Step 1 : Connect Router - Computer ( Wired)
Step 2 : Open Router Setup by typing http://192.168.2.1 on the address bar of internet explorer
Step 3 : On the left under wireless click wi - fi protected setup
Step 4 : Leave the password blank and click on submit
Step 5 : Disable it and Click on apply changes
Step 6 : On the left under wireless click Security
Step 7 : Enable 64 Bit WEP
Step 8 : Type a 10 digit number on the key 1 ( 2 in each box )
Step 9 : Click apply changes
Step 10 : on the left under wireless click channel and SSID
Step 11 :Change the Wireless channel to 6
Step 12 : Change the SSID to a different name ( no Spaces )
Step 13 : Click apply changes
Step 14 : Now Scan and connect to this network ( Wireless )

Connect a LAN cable from the Belkin to the LAN port on your computer.
Open a browser and enter the Belkin configuration URL
http://192.168.2.1Login withe the default password = blank (just press Enter)
You can now configure the wireless settings.

It's ok if you don't have the disc. You can setup the router without the cd. Try to reset the router first. Push the reset button at the back of the router for about 20 seconds then unplug the power for about 30 seconds then plug it back in. That should do it.

You can still configure it even without the setup CD of the router, you just need to access the router setup page using its IP address, usinga computer wired to the router, But if you want you can call Belkin tech support so one of their tech can walk you through on how to manually configure the router 1-800-2235546..

You can manually install it even without the setup CD , if you still have teh userguide you can find the steps there how to manually isntall it if you're having problem using the manual better call belkin support to help you manually setup that.
