Miller syncrowave 250 tigrunner (serial # KJ ) with gas flow staying on.. but not always. already replaced the gas flow solenoid thinking this to be the problem... Any ideas?
Your problem is in one of two areas. The controller board inside the unit or a bad trigger on your gun.

UPDATE: Other than the Argon gas flow problem, the machine works fine otherwise. We are just going thru gas at a much faster rate then normal because of this. Thanks. DM
Your problem is with the post flow board.
And depending on the yr. They no longer carry it.
Go buy a dayton 24 volt delay timer
Greg Vance , do you have a diagram on how to wire in the dayton timer ??
