Cyber-Shot DSC-T1 Pics are very bluzzy

I have a Cyber-Shot DSC-T1 when I open the cover and look at the image on the screen it looks almost black & white. Then when I take a pic it comes out very blurry. If I go back and look at pics that I took last week they show up fine on the screen. I pushed the reset and it didnt help anything.
