Hi I'm Alex good day my question is this: I sold a

I'm not really familiar with that model, but most televisions now have different "modes" you can put your television into. Common modes are Picture, Movie/Cinema, PC/Computer, and there are others. I would check to see in your Video or TV setup area if there is a Custom mode that you can set your TV too, as if it is set to one of the Pre-Set modes (it sounds like it is in Cinema mode) it would need to be taken out of the pre-set mode before you can make changes to the color and picture settings.

I have a samsung ht -tx 22 dvd home cinema system and for sometime now, the screen shows PROTECTION and it reverts to standby mode by itself.. Need help badly as sometimes it plays for 1 to 5 minutes and...

Check all your cables, connections and speakers. If they are all good, then either there is a fault on the protection circuit or the power amp has a fault on it. If the unit has a fan built into it check that is working. Sometimes the fan can get blocked up.

Picture Mode reverts always to Dynamic after several minutes

The set was a store demo, and the options were set so they could not be adjusted. On instruction from Samsung I pressed MENU and VOLUME buttons on the side of the set and hold for 7 seconds The display reverts to Standard from Dynamic. The Remote Options button showed Store Demo, but now shows Standard. All memory functions seem to function now. Thanks for your help.

Problems with the picture mode on my samsung 46''

Your TV is in DEMO-STORE MODE.
Go to menu, find Plug & Play option, start it, and when asked, select Home Mode, than Enter and than just Exit.

AUDIO NOISE

I had the same problem. I found solution in its software. Power Cinema 5. Go in settings of TV and then go to signal settings, there enable Timeshift which is disable by default and select apply. I think this is not related to audio but by enabling it I completely get rid out of my prolem. Check it out and please inform me that what happened. My mail is [email protected]

Widescreen cinema mode

Make sure the DVD player is set to 16:9 screen mode.

If you still get the bars at the top & bottom, then its probably because the DVD was filmed in true cinema widescreen, (21.7:9) whereas the TV is only 16:9.

There may be other settings on the DVD player to expnad the picture out, but you will either lose the edges of the picture, or it will be stretched.
