Question about Panasonic Home Theater System System
We have a SC-HT692 home theater system. Up until recently, DVDs played very nicely - recently, the newer DVDs won't play - the picture goes dark and the color red is dominant - periodically white stripes go across the screen. The DVDs in question play properly on our old DVD player (and I mean old). I've heard it's something in the way they make the DVDs so they can't be copied...does anyone know of a way to play them on our Home Theater System - is it the way we have it hooked up? We have it going through our digital cable box via a VCR player (don't ask...I didn't set it up) and if that's the case, then why do the others play okay? This is very frustrating as we buy or rent new DVDs and have to watch them without surround sound in another room. Thanks for any light anyone can shed on this problem.
You need to buy a cheap av moulator (about 20.00 at most stores) this will solve the problem radio shack has them and so does wall=mart
