Question about RCA F36668 36" TV
It acts as if you were holding the volume button down all the time
Could be that the control ciruit board, or some of the button-switches, or there is a fault with the UPC, or there may be some cold solder connections in the control area. This would have to be investigated by a service tech who is qualified to work on your model of TV set. It is repairable, but if the set is out of warranty, the cost of service may be a little high in relation to the value of the set.
